The idea of setting up the Ateliê do Boulanger / Boulanger’s Studio came from the requests of our customers and professionals in the area.
We started by organizing training sessions in our client's bakery, but the number of requests increased rapidly and we decided to set up a professional structure to meet the demand for better training bakers.
The Ateliê do Boulanger project arose from the need to train more and more professionals, due to the growth in the artisan bakery segment. The use of a pure flour, without additives or improvers, requires acquiring theoretical and technical knowledge to get the best out of it and develop quality products. Our workshops are open to everyone, whether beginners, professionals, or amateurs, and our workshops are designed so that each student can acquire the knowledge necessary for his or her goal. Today, our Boulanger’s Studio provides not only teaching classes, but also welcomes bakers from our customers for a period of 1 to 3 months, with the objective of training them to reproduce a range of products and control the processes on a daily basis.
