Jean Jacob

Jean Jacob is a French professional baker who discovered his passion at the age of 14 and has been working in the field ever since.
He holds two diplomas in confectionery, two degrees in baking studies, and has received awards for his excellence: he was champion of France in 2015 and has also obtained the "Pelons de Bronze" award in the European baking cup.
